Marie Costers new Managing Director at CodaBox & Michael Custers new Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer at Isabel Group

Isabel Group welcomes Marie Costers and Michael Custers as respectively Managing Director at CodaBox and Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer at Isabel Group. With these appointments Isabel Group reinforces its management team with extensive international expertise in services and technology.

Marie Costers takes over the role of Managing Director from Martin Servais at CodaBox who joined the board of Isabel Group. Marie will be in charge of day-to-day management of the E-docs business unit within Isabel Group. Her objective will be to continue the integration and growth of the business and to further shape the e-invoicing ambitions of Isabel Group.

Marie started her career at Integri, which was acquired by Clear2Pay in 2007 and which was in turn acquired by FIS (Fidelity National Information Services) in 2014, the largest Fintech in the world. Thanks to her 19-year experience in the payment industry Marie knows what it takes to transform ambitions into results and how to develop and foster strategic partnerships.

Michael Custers starts as Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer at Isabel Group to help solidify the market position of Belgium’s largest Fintech, grow and integrate its solutions portfolio, and drive international expansion.

Michael will be exchanging the HR tech market for the Fintech space. Over the last 12,5 years, he has helped grow NGA Human Resources (ARINSO International) into a global market leader in HR & payroll outsourcing, while helping global clients adopt digital HR solutions such as SaaS, cloud, analytics and BPaaS. Earlier on, Michael was with Certipost, a joint venture of Proximus and Bpost.
